Capacity is 100 (80 inside and 20 outside). Shelter has 2 large grills, electricity, stone fireplace, four x 20-foot picnic tables, access to play area, drinking fountain and a horseshoe pit. Shares restrooms with the Northern Shelter. Please note, water is available at these restrooms from April 15 to November 1 each year.

Shelter has 4 outside grills, electricity, stone fireplace and wood burning stove, sink with running water, small counter, playground equipment, large playfield, horseshoe pit, volleyball posts (no net/equipment available) and a brick patio with 12 x 8-foot picnic tables. Shares restrooms with the Mansion Shelter. Please note that water is available for these restrooms from April 15 to November 1 each year. Parking for 86 cars.
