DESCRIPTION:Rucking is a form of exercise that combines walking/hiking with weight training! Learn about the tips and tricks of this interesting and cost-effective exercise routine! The program will consist of basic introduction and history of Rucking as well as the opportunity to practice rucking on your own! We recommend that you bring your own backpack for the practice portion of the program! Meet at the shelter house in the back of the park!

SUMMARY:Frog Frenzy
DESCRIPTION:Take a 1-mile round trip walk to a wetland where we’ll listen to and search for mating frogs and toads. Please wear boots if you plan on joining the search as we’ll be wading in cold\, shallow water. Some nets will be available to use but bring your own headlamps or flashlights. Note: Temperatures below 45-50 degrees means very few frogs and toads so hope for warm-ish weather! Meets at the Confluence Area bulletin board\, 3860 Bixby Rd\, Groveport.
