Go Ahead – Complete the Metro Parks Community Survey
I have a confession. I LOVE filling out surveys. A quick survey at the end of my call? Don’t mind if I do! How was my shopping experience? I HAVE SOME NOTES. Gimme something I can rate on a scale of strongly disagree to strongly agree and the promise of free fuel points! It’s an easy way to make your opinion heard and a lot less psychologically taxing than screaming into the void that is the internet.
As part of our continued community engagement and outreach efforts, Metro Parks is getting into the survey game. We have partnered with The Impact Group, a third party organization, to help us identify how effectively we are communicating our message to the people of central Ohio.
Since I work here, I can’t participate so I’m humbly requesting that you take the survey for me! Your voice is a critical part of this process. We want to hear your perspective on what we’re doing well, what could be improved, what new ideas we should consider, and what changes may help us better serve our community and support one another as a team. Is there an amenity you wish our parks had? Did you attend an event that you really loved and think more people should know about it? Do you think our Holly from Visitor Engagement Tik Tok videos are like, really funny and Holly should definitely get a raise (wink wink, nudge nudge)? Tell us about it!
The link to the Community Survey in the button above will be live until August 26, so go on, make an impact on your Metro Parks!
Your responses will be confidential. They won’t be attributed to you individually but will be combined with feedback from others and data from surveys and focus groups.
Now, on a scale of extremely satisfied to ehhhh, a little satisfied, how did this article make you feel? 🙂

I could not complete the survey, I keep getting stuck on the 3rd section, it ask for comments in areas I can’t enter and won’t me go forward. I’m using a Apple iPhone with current iOS.
We have let the survey group know about your issue and they are working to ensure it works smoothly. Email info@metroparks.net if you still have issues.
Love the metro parks, the ones I have been to very nice clean. Wish we had them where I live.
I have been enjoying the parks for over 50 years, mostly Blacklick Woods where my children and grandchildren were introduced to nature and conservation. I have watched the system grow and visited most of the parks with the grandkids while they were preteens.
The fact that they are all within a relatively short drive from the city is a plus.
Thanks for doing a great job!
We love the Metro parks in this area! Our grandchildren have grown up learning and enjoying nature because of all they have to offer.
Particularly during COVID, I feel our Metro parks were instrumental in allowing us to maintain our mental health. Getting out to enjoy the outdoors was a welcome change from the restrictions of masks and crowds.
