Program begins at 1:30pm. Meet in front of the farmhouse. Discover how an 1880s farm family prepared for winter and how people and animals keep warm .

Program ongoing between 1-3pm. Learn how fruits, vegetables, and meats were preserved before the days of artificial refrigeration. The smokehouse will be in operation.
