For Scouts: Animal Habitats/Champions for Nature

Suitable for Girl scout Juniors or Webelo Scouts. We will use one of Ohio’s declining species, the box turtle to talk about the importance of habitat, what it means to be threatened/endangered, explore some ways everyone can help with box turtle conservation, and go into the field to look for box turtles like a scientist.
