Rucking is a form of fitness that combines strength training with cardio! Join us for our staff-led Rucking Club. Participants are required to bring their own bag to carry weight in (typically some form of backpack). Weights will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own wearable weights (rucking vests, backpacks filled with gear/water jugs, etc).
